It's just a brief moment, it's that kind of synthy descending squiggle, very prominent in the Bjork song but a bit more in the background in the Shiina song.

Hmm, well I'm not saying you're wrong, SS is defnitely one of the most sample-heavy albums out there for sure.

Actually, I'm searching for this old blog I read years ago that had a huge list of samples/sources used on SS (and KZK). Was it written by an EMF member? If so, please link, I'm really keen on looking at it again!
