Hirama's got a new album called When I feel the sun in Tokyo out on 6/27. According to a babelfished Neowing description, it's apparently going to be influenced by hip-hop.

What? You didn't hear the hip-hop influence on Black Bone?

I read he performed new songs at lives a few months ago. In his diary, he wrote that he was "testing the new works" quite a while back so I knew a new album was due. It's nice to have a date on it now.

Wait, you guys are taking this hip-hop thing the wrong. "Influenced by" doesn't exactly mean it is hip-hop. If anything, it'll probably be something similar to The Roots with Hirama's crappy singing. Besides, the hip-hop influence was all over Black Bone on tracks like Aru Romance, Sensei, and even Electric Erotic Blues.

Of course I could be wrong and he could churn out something terrible in the fashion of Orange Range...

I'm too glad that I don't care about Hiramas music at all :)
Otherwise I would be slightly disappointed. Like Shiina Ringo playing Haevy Metal. I think I would die if that happens.
