I'm more in the Epik High (#6) and Yano Maki phase right now, but I think that's the most accurate 'Top 5 of All Time' list I can compose. T_T

Like I-W, none of Luna Sea's songs really stick out to me but I don't think their sound is bad. (I'd say I liked "End of Sorrow" the best.) But... o_o I don't really like the vocalist's voice. *gets beat up by JR and Maou* x_o

Miyavi is a bad singer, but you cannot even play around with how good of a singer Gackt is. That is just irresponsible. Plus, I didnt say that singer was bad, I just said I didnt like his voice. Miyavi is not a very good singer but his voice doesnt bother me. I'd probably like Ryuichi if he sang to different kind of music.

3 bonnie pink (but I hate her remixes)
fighting everyday for 4 & 5 places: Tsukiko Amano, Laruku(but never a solo work from its members O_O), gogo7188/Yuu, sambomaster, koda kumi(I like her since before her popularity ¬¬), nirvana(O.o so random ocidental music)

I find Gackt to be terribly irritating. His overused vibrato grates on my very last nerve and his only emotion as a singer in "arrogant." Granted, I can understand why some people would like him, but Ryuichi Kawamura and Atsushi Sakurai are where it's at for male Japanese singers. I respect your opinion, but we'll never agree on this.

Ehh, are you talking about her re*PINK album?!?! I loved the remixes there!! o_o

And I hate to admit this, but I started to like KODA KUMI after that 12 week release stunt. >_<;; I don't know whyy I like her... T_T

Gackt's not a good singer, he only has a good voice. Ryuichi doesn't have a nice voice, but he's a good singer.

:D Kojima Mayumi is awesome!! I'm not in the mood for her music all the time, but I really love her style.

Radiohead was my favorite band for a long time (how unoriginal) and I must say I didn't really listen to Hail to the thief a lot, but I felt they had their place up there. Same for Tori Amos, I still like her a lot but I must admin that I never listened to the Beekeeper.

Well, its ok to slag a band's record and still have em high on yer list. (I mean, Shiina released HF ands still #2 for me !) Just shows you don't have "fan goggles." -- which is good.

Also, I only ever listened to Hail to the Thief once. Was it really worse than Pablo Honey?
