quick question

i dont even know if this would belong here....but
i was looking for a performance for shena ringo
i only remember that she was playing that odd instrument...you blow into it and it has keys on the side.
what was the performance...and what the hell is the instrument?

That video always reminds me of a band from the early 80s in Philadelphia (yes I'm that old). It was their signature instrument, although they called it their "hooter".
