Chiisana Kinomi 小さな木の実 (English Cover)
In my hand, holding fruit in the shape of hearts Rotten fruit, look like broken hearts, spread under the trees As I tread, through this meadow, I contemplate Are these footsteps a sign to wait, that I just don't know I saw you, in the midst of an autumn wind You blew past me so cold and thin, it's like you don't exist All alone, I still stand here, I'm holding tight Holding tight to these rotten fruit, spread under the trees In my heart, memories of your warm embrace, Memories of your smiling face, lighting up the night Orange skies break the dawn like a flock of birds Fleeting quickly like black shadows, under morning sun Echoing, echoing of a distant voice Echoing of your loving voice, I will never forget Now I see, all these footsteps are memories And the fruit spread under the trees, fragments of broken love |
It's read "konomi" not "kinomi" - the word is said right in the Japanese lyrics. Sorry to not comment at all on the video itself! Just had to say that.
