I have a take/good guess, coming from my recent VGS:
The names of the three albums reflect tv channels/programs. Education, adult, variety. The first one suggests NHK education channel (there's gotta be one), then the more adult:ey (as in indecent) channels/programs, and then the variety shows (wiki that). However this is just a guess from my source, but why not... Says Shiina decides everything about this. So we can probably rule out any other people, like BAND MEMBERS, having any real input here...
My source will have a lunch with people from Kronekodow on Friday however and if it doesn't forget it, it will ask XD
