I think Ringo could state her fashion better. Her hat fetish is a good idea, although I personally hardly ever liked anything she wore on her head. The nurse days, the mental hospital days and all that was so much better. She could still keep "being a grown up woman" as you put it, but get some more unique styles like in the past. But it's true,she really need to focus on the music first to reward people who find her looks interesting after that first visual impression. Right now there isn't that much to find in her recent works / band.
