according to wiki both songs were penned by Ringo and arranged and performed by Jihen.....so that solves that....
it is listed as 13 on the oricon charts I believe....considering almost every single one of Jihen's singles debuts in the top 5 (killer tune got 5, osca and senkou shoujo were 2, along with most of the other singles) I blame TOKIO haha
