on the fanclub site it says that the song is called OSCA but that LYRICS AND MUSIC are written by UKIGUMO.

apparently Ukigumo's flavor is hanging about, it is a type of work from Jihen unprecedented. And apparently Ringo is also proceeding with vocals of the sort we haven't heard yet.
At least it should be interesting...but man, WHY DID UKIGUMO WRITE THE LYRICS. I can understand the music, but man, Ringo, way to get lazy.
