Its on JPS right now as a HDTV rip/there's a shorter preview version of it on their EMI site with some other TV spots advertising the upcoming releases.

EDIT: as far as the covers go, the anime thing does fit in with the TV theme that TJ have had since they started- Shinya Waku meaning Late-Night Spot or whatever, which is often anime in Japan. Plus you know, as I pointed out before, it has the crane on the anime one and the peacock on the Sports one. Just sayin' it's really
not that surprising or unrelated.
