Nope. The Sounan you're thinking about was from another festival. Same one the Jihen Ondo clip is from. This Sounan hasn't been aired, but there is a bootleg around. It's the best live version of the song just because Fuji Rock '04 is the best Jihen performance.
Ekimae would have been better.
