Default KSK and SS Pressings?

Are there multiple pressings of KSK and SS that might have slightly different audio?

I ask because I have been gradually re-ripping my CD and DVD collections to lossless formats. I finally got around to some of my Shiina Ringo discs, and lo and behold, EAC is claiming that they are bad. Specifically, EAC's log shows that track 5 on KSK (Yattsuke Shigoto) and tracks 11 (Byoushou Public) and 13 (Izonshou) on SS cannot be verified against the AccurateRip database.

The weird thing about this is, I've tried ripping these two discs now 3 different times, and the track CRCs are the same every time (and I'm using Test & Copy, so that's really 6 reads with identical results). And the discs themselves are pristine - this is literally the third time ever that they have been out of their cases.

For KSK, the disc I have *is* the old copy-controlled version and I know it was re-released without copy protection - but if it were the copy protection, why is the issue only with one single track? As for SS, I have no idea.

Should I be re-buying these to get good rips? Or are they, in fact, good rips already? I mean, I know I don't really *need* to replace these discs, but it bothers me...
