This single is what got me to try out his other stuff, but I should have started long before this single (the debut of his solo career) came out.

Blankey Jet City, SHERBETS, JUDE, AJICO - these are all his bands, and there's more compositions between them all than what any one listener knows what to do with. Between his solo career and all his bands, Asai Kenichi already has somewhere around 35 albums, and in the time it takes you to get comfortably familiar with a small handful of them - he has already released another one. You could start exploring his material today and not even be fully up-to-speed in a year from now.
