I have no idea who this could be but the title makes me want to guess not ringo. The fans on 2ch were shocked when it turned out to be true because the title doesn't sound at all like Ringo in its length and general quality. this screams Uki, as much as I don't want to to admit a song composed and written by Uki.
Honestly? I kind of hope they take a "words and music: Tokyo Jihen" approach for a new album. Then no one would know which song was by whom, Ringo/Uki/Izawa/Hata/Kameda and we would only have the music to go by. I think some of us are a little predisposed to dislike certain member's music.
