In fact, the kanji for とこ is 所, and since this and 処 means "place", she'd give it another kanji but with the same meaning (or almost the same meaning)

actually, 処 can be read ところ. 所 can be read とこ or ところ, but the とこ reading is usually only associated with the 所 character. just type in tokoro and it will pop up, it is like number two on my list of kanji that pops up here. it is a pretty common alternate character for tokoro and unless she is singing toko in the song, I doubt it it anything other than "tokoro"
