Forgetting all the porn stuff and arrogant bannings on his behalf, he also made some pretty harsh personal attacks. I can understand somebody messing up, but nobody trips up and accidentally acts like a complete arsehole. Complete arseholes act like complete arseholes. And I don't see how him having some genuinely helpful posts automatically makes up for everything in the past, and any other negative actions. He should have been perma-banned because he had fifty bazillion chances, and acted badly time and time again to numerous different extremities.

I remember asking Glath "Why hasn't he been banned after that" after one incident or another... at least a timed ban, but he wasn't for quite a while. He kept going til it got to the point where some decent members were becoming more distant; so if sacrificing him and a few of his contribution posts means a better, more peaceful community then great. It's not like the guy acted like a saint for a year then did one little thing and was banned.
