If anyone was wondering the same thing as me I think I've found out. I contacted both HMV and CDJapan, and they both seem to say the first press was a digipak and the regular edition is a regular plastic DVD case (much like Just Can't Help It).
I still find it weird I've never seen anything other than the first press in any auctions or anything. (Though the only place I have seen them is Yahoo! Auctions Japan and theres a sample copy on ebay). Someone sell me their first press copy!
