Thanks Fauxie! I'll check it out. I recall watching a feature on Rina Sawayama on YouTube (I forgot what outlet that was, Pitchfork perhaps?) and finding her very charming.
If you liked the Mondo Grosso song, this is my other favorite from that album. With a Nogizaka46 member on vocals no less, haha. But frankly (assuming you haven't heard it) the entire album is delicious. The follow-up "Attune/Detune" is sort of like two EPs in one, with one half being new songs and the other half remixes of "Nando Demo Atarashiku Umareru" tracks (the English title is "Reborn Again and Always Starting New")
Also the album cut of this song is longer.
