I went to the mora.jp store to see if the album was up, and got excited when I saw it listed for 2057 yen. Then I realized that was for a 320kbps download. The FLAC one is exactly twice the price at 4114 yen.
I don't see Heisei Fuzoku listed there yet.

Judging by the file size it's a FLAC rip of the CD. I wonder if the 24/96 will show up.
