These are all limited editions with separate catalog numbers, and it's only been one such release per EMI career.
Now if you look carefully, you'll see that CD Japan's listing and YesAsia's listing are under the same catalog number. The only way they could mutually be telling the truth, is if the bonus DVD were part of a first-pressing that CD Japan doesn't know about yet. It's almost unheard of for DVDs to be first-press bonuses, but it recently happened with a Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra album (published by Avex). What are the chances of YesAsia knowing something that CD Japan doesn't know about a Japanese release? I've got zero worries about the pre-order I've already placed with CD Japan.
