This is hard!
Kyouiku had probably the best songs but the worst production. Dynamite Out was the best, though. (Except for Crawl, that song is just awful)
Adult had some excellent songs but some that weren't up to par. It had probably the best production, jazzy and powerful but not overstated. JCHI was decent.
Sanmon Gossip had some great songs and some uneven tracks. Overall it feels mis-matched (too many styles of music that don't blend well). It's a bit overproduced. Its highs are really high, its lows are pretty decent.

I'm going with Adult. If they could re-master Kyouiku to get ride of the wall of sound (and replace Crawl with something better), then it would be perfect.
