I first saw the picture she was in on last.fm and loved it, so decided to use it as my ava. But yeah, explained!

In relation to Shiina Ringo's participation in the Little Black Jacket...

If you just so happen to be in the New York City area, the photo exhibition is currently on 18 Wooster St. until the 15th. I just so happened to be passing through and of course had to snap a few photos with my phone.





It was really quite pleasant to see it, and I think it's an interesting way for her to get exposure in America. Also, I tried to see if there was some way I could retrieve the print when all was said and done, but it is a traveling show (going to Taipei next). In the end, the prints will go into the Chanel archives. This to me sounds like code for "going into storage & never seeing the light of day again." Oh well. It was a worth a try.
