It's not the fact it's 4, its the fact that it's got some members who seem unlikely to do the whole rock thing- or at least, I've never seen them do rock as in GX rock before. For example, they have Midorin (jazz drummer) and the accordionist (if I'm right about this- someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong) is all. Add to the fact how small the venues are- even smaller than the 15th anniversary shows.

Now add to this the fact she's supposedly announced an arena tour (on twitter anyway) which comes out post NIPPON, (which also had the whole "dawn of a new era of Shiina Ringo" bullshit in its press announcement) I really don't know what to expect.

I'm just going on guesses here. I'm most likely wrong. I was guessing at first that it would be rock show for sure after the 15th anniversary ones, but now not so sure.

Either way, I'm happy with both styles of shows. Like I said, it will all be revealed tonight.

I just think some her newer vocals have a richer, mature quality which can make itall the more satisfying on when she does rip apart a song with the banshee vocals. It has a deIiciously 'nasty' effect. It totally depends on the song as to whether I'd prefer her newer vocals or older vocals. Rinne Highlight was one song where her voice didn't sound 'mature' enough to pull it off and it sounded phoney.

I hope she starts off this new show with Roudousha

I can't provide live updates foe the whole thing, but I'm about 10 rows back and the stage has a Celeste, grand piano, accordian, drums, keyboards from what I can see
