Oh I love Hata. Id rather Shiina leave than Hata.

I'm not meaning "look like there fuckin into it" I mean make music that isn't lame and stupid and tired. Sure, its not Hata's fault (tho I think Kameda's part of the problem.) The point is tho, an total overhaul could freshen and liven things up.

I never thought about the possibility of Kameda being thrown overboard ? maybe that could be what is needed to freshen things up? perhaps they have all grown too comfortable with things and maybe a tiny bit of complacency has crept into the creative setup! a new producer as Shiina enters her 30's could completely reinvigorate her creative process ? maybe her 'old' attitude is borne from being around the same old faces and she's unsure of how to reignite the inferno of talent that now only flickers from time to time!

also new Jihen Phaze Fr33 logo confirmed by mystery Ringohan insidazz (truth)

EDIT: I Think This Logo Kicks Ass!!!

Tokie is Kameda's superior in terms of skill regardless of gender. I'd put Tokie in Phase 3 even if it wasn't an all girl band. It'd be something like this:

Vox/guitar/piano: Shiina Ringo
Guitar: Aida Shigekazu
Guitar: Kubo Takuro
Bass: Tokie
Drums: Hata Toshiki

SR can play any needed piano while two guitarists can more accurately play her old material. I imagine this group would also do more acoustic work than on a normal SR/TJ album.

TJ is stalled in a very sound repetitive, praying for a phase 3 with new faces or return the unforgettable stage 1 or two options or to be separated and Shiina to focus on his career ^ ^

enough time has passed to where i'm completely over the original TJ members.

I dont think its Ringo's intention to keep switching band members. Building a repoire and trust with your team takes time and a bit of emotional commitment. She probably just wants dependable and talented people who arent going to ride her coattails to boost their solo career.

my theory is that Variety was a gesture of faith that Izawa and Ukigumo will stay loyal to TJ while still allowing them to have their other bands and not ditch her after getting all the big publicity, like those other guys who have waning solo careers now.

Yeah, that makes sense. If she want to stick with a band, she has to "nurture" her members.
However, if they were to ditch her, maybe it would make some kind of reaction in her and she'd scream all around and said "FUCK BANDS, I'M GOING SOLO AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!".
Just a thought :3

I kinda doubt Hirama and HZM left the band for selfish reasons. Well, I always expected that HZM was going to leave due his commitment to PE'Z (he should've never joined TJ), but it doesn't make sense for Hirama to leave like that. I always thought he was the most committed to the band since he did most of the promo appearances with SR unlike the rest of the band. His career would be more boosted if he was still in the band while making his solo records. It's not like he couldn't still release his own stuff while in TJ since both Izawa and Uki still do and Kameda still produces for other artists.

Besides, Uki is riding SR's coattails and self-promoting more than any other member of the band ever has. There have been three Petrolz covers (we've only heard two) already compared to one Hirama cover, one Izawa cover, and zero PE'Z covers.

Yeah, it was a matter of time before HzM left. I dont think it was a surprise to some. I sorta figured he'd leave after the tour to re-focus on PE'Z.

Hirama leaving is more conspiquous. To re-up his solo stuff sure, but was it because he thought he was that more famous? I dunno. Now I think many of was wish he'd stay on and double dip like ... everyone else in the band (now.) Maybe it was Shiina? Maybe Shiina (or management) was less accommodating to parallel projects at the time (leading the band to be almost too generous nowadays.) I dunno, its all speculation.

it was bad news then. It's horrible terrible news now.

I still think he had an intense relationship with SR
so intense that after it ended they couldn't work together in the right way... then he left
I don't think it cause I'm a hirama fan-girl neither because I'm the kind of girl that especulate the private life of my favorite artists
it's just because they are all love-love(for a japanese person) everytime I saw them together
it's about the touchs, the eyes brighting, the looking for each other
and omg kao!!!!
and sounan pv
and SR saying in that interview "his voice is so sexy, isn't?"
in gekokujou footage she wasn't this love-love with yayoshi and they were surely having sex!
O_O
