She sounds like she's been overdubbed ? that never sounds like her voice ?

Well, it doesn't look overdubbed. Bad ADR is a pet peeve, and I notice it every day, but this seems legit.

it's almost like another woman's voice completely!! if someone played that without the video I'm sure NOBODY would think it were Shiina ? I compared it to the 10th anniversary announcement video and a few others and this just does not match her voice at all against ANY of the others. I'm not convinced it's her voice it's just too different from what I know.

It just sounds really off to me ? she must have a blocked nose and a bad throat or something ?
