Kaban no Nakami's my favorite. Most definitely.

I'd ditch Fukushuu, Tsukigime-hime & Sake to Geko. I'd replace them with Kaban no Nakami, Karada & Senkou Shoujo (if that track can be allowed?).

Fukushuu was probably one of the better songs on Variety. It had some nice guitar, a good chorus, and sounded sonically interesting throughout the entire song. It stood out too. It doesn't stand up to the rest of her solo work, or Phase 1 Jihen, but I don't really understand why so many people here hate it. I think it's a perfectly decent rock song.
What is a joke to me is that people are actually comparing it to B.B. Queen and saying Queen's better. Not even SOTC saved that steaming pile. It's Ukigumo's single worst contribution to all of Shiina Ringo's career.

No one said that Morphine was in the same vein of rock as Fukushuu, just that it was rock. But you implied that it wasn't rock at all. If you're such an expert on who's rock, then how can you deny Morphine is rock? It not any harder than the songs The Every Brothers or Presley made but it's in its roots rock. Led Zeppelin is one of the harder artists in rock but they're heavily blues influenced, but no one ever questions their place in the rock genre. Like Ringo, The Smiths are pretty much the kings of pop hooks, but they're always rock. And it goes the same for Ringo on both accounts. Last edited by mizer_unmei : 2009.07.10 at 04:44 PM. |

I wasn't being completely serious when I said replace Fukushuu with it. I just dislike Fukushuu a lot. |

You can replace Tsukigime-hime with Fukushuu if you want, I honestly don't care for either. I will admit that the weird arrangement of the tracklist is a shoddy attempt at a story. Last edited by Positron : 2009.07.10 at 07:14 PM. |

Oh, good catch.
Yeah, it should be in there somewhere, knocking out Pinocchio and coming after Tsukigime (or if Fukushuu, after BB.Queen) |
