We've never played golem can't get the game til the PAL release (May 25th) and I can't play til my NTSC console is repaired (though I plan on buying a PAL copy on the 25th anyway and selling my NTSC console).

I'm sure everybody will be happy to switch instruments between songs. I enjoy drums more, but I'll happily play any instrument. I can do virtually every song on expert on Guitar and Drums and I've never started a vocal career so I can't really tell how good I am at that but I usually have it on medium or hard when my friends are around. And fortunately, or unfortunately, you can't hear people sing online due to lag so there are no excuses

Guess I'll have to take up the guitar too then. I'll need at least a month of practice, I'm only hitting 93-96 percent of the notes on medium, granted I've only played for 2 hours.

This might be my best impulse buy ever (well, I've wanted to buy it for months now, and the game is the sole reason why I bought an Xbox, but I still consider it an impulse buy because I'm pretty much broke). I worked up such an appetite after like 6 songs. I haven't had an appetite like that since high school when I would play 2 hours of basketball everyday after school.

You don't need to get better just to play with us. Online, everybody can be playing at a separate difficulty so if you can't play on expert yet, you can play on medium on hard and I can play on hard or expert.

And 93-96% notes hit is good! Did you play much Guitar Hero beforehand?

Rock Band is coming out on the 21st of may. On that day, there won't be any online play, because I already planned a Rock Band Party on that evening with 4-6 people.
I hope we switch the instruments, because I of course want to play the drums, but also play some bass and guitar. No clue how much I will like singing, but when nobody can hear that it should be a lot easiert to try it^^
Problem will be the downloadable content, Whispermon has almost everything, but the rest will need to buy certain pieces, too...

Maou plays guitar and bass, but is willing to give vocals a go if needed. I'm OK singing stuff like Creep, Highway Star, or Dani California, but I can't sing Maps for the life of me.

i didn't play guitar hero before, didn't really like the song list in that game. and i can't really do 93-96 on the guitar yet, only the drums. Seem to have a little more difficulty with the guitar

not gonna download everything, there are some bleh songs in there, but definitely will download the songs i like

Edit- Got the Oasis pack, love playing "Don't Look back in Anger" on the guitar, even though I still suck. Medium is fine, but hard is too much for me cause I'm still getting use to positioning my hands after hitting that 5th fret.

My family is leaving for vacation at the end of may and I have the house all to myself, maybe I can practice on Vocals then

To be honest I didn't even knew about 95% of the songs in guitar Hero, but most of them were indeed fun to play.

I wish I could, but the drums might be too loud for my summer living conditions. Everybody has a different sleeping schedule so I might not be able to.

That's my favorite Oasis song in the game. I've gold starred it on expert guitar and I'm OK at medium vocals. I'm better at the vocals in Wonderwall (100% medium), but the guitar is a little boring. You know, we could play all three Oasis songs every day for a month and I would get tired of them. Same for Interstate Love Song.
