I doubt I will ever voluntarily listen to any of the other tracks on her new album again, but I do like this one. ^Love the Tomitalab remix! Stanley Kubrick encountered Jerry Lewis in an editing suite in the early 60's. Eyeing some disappointing footage, Lewis dismissed it and said "You can't polish a turd." Stanley contemplated this for a moment, and then replied "you can if you freeze it." Tomitalab also can polish poo. Thanks, dude. Last edited by TeslaGuy : 2012.10.13 at 07:01 PM. Reason: Blabby |

^ I loved that quote. And I agree about Tomita Lab, when I listen to re-arrangements such as this, I get the feel that this guy is some sort of music visionary.
What about this song? As I commented there, the original sounds like a previous sketch in comparison:

JUDY AND MARY, lots and lots of JUDY AND MARY.
After drunk listening several times., I now enjoy everything.
Crank up the volume, JAM is pure rock n roll. Last edited by Inseu : 2012.10.20 at 02:38 PM. |

Do you like this song? Sounds like blueprint for Midori. I have Boris's New Album...it rocks pretty hard and Wata sings. <3 |

Borrowing CDs from my local library (4 per week). Good way to rip MP3s from CDs without having to download or buy them. Some are scratched, though.
This weeks haul: Marvin Gaye - What's Going On Berlin Philharmonic - Holtz's The Planets The Chemical Brothers - We Are the Night Franz Ferdinand - You Could Have It So Much Better Next week possibilities: Bon Iver, Demon Days (Gorillaz), The Reminder (Feist), Icky Thump, Danger Days (My Chemical Romance), The Blueprint (Jay-Z), Acoustic Soul (India.Arie), Journey to India (India.Arie)... [These seem good, but do you guys think I should skip any of them?] Last edited by TurtleFu : 2012.10.20 at 08:33 PM. |

If I were going to rip CDs from the library, I wouldn't physically leave (and eventually revisit) the library to accomplish that. Bring your own laptop, and rip the CDs while they're still inside the library. It shouldn't take long for you to exceed the 4 CDs they'd allow you to walk out with. I've actually considered filling my backpack with ripping hardware and bringing it to a library, just so I could archive a ridiculous amount of content from one visit.

Unfortunately, with EAC, it still takes me about 20 minutes to rip 1 CD. And even though it is technically legal to rip the CDs I don't know how the librarians would feel about it.
