And yeah I was definitely surprised when Amazon still had them in stock. I'm sure my ordering it had a little push from the urgency of a possible "now or never" situation, but they have been nearly a year in release. Last edited by mizer_unmei : 2009.05.11 at 02:59 PM. |

well, I'm assuming it was shot on 35mm film, being so, it was never meant to be printed at that size flawlessly. I actually like seeing grain in photographs, but that is the bullshit artist in me.
of course, it is possible the entire thing was digitally processed and the result wasn't so stellar. these two LPs and MoRA are the only glaring holes in my collection at the moment. I remember when they came out I was worried about the limited quantity, but not so much anymore. MoRA, however, I kick myself all the time for not buying. I check my local book off every now and then, although I don't think I'd want to buy it used. |

Vinyl sounds nicer (warmer because of the distortion and inherent "imperfections" of the sound) so a vinyl kick is good. I'd much rather buy albums just on vinyls but it's not that much of a possibility - if there ARE vinyls they are bound to be limited (or at least be in a smaller print and therefore harder to get) and with that they're usually way overpriced. Gotta buy a record player as well...
And I like grain on photographs too! |

I have all the TJ vinyl and most of the Ringo with the exception of MM, SS, and Mayonaka (okay so I guess that just makes it KZK and HF) and I have a few other vinyl, like Rasputina, but I've never actually played them. I don't even own a record player. I would totally love to one day though.

I always liked that promo photo, despite the "each member has control" message.

They're switching the channel from Variety! Or are they turning off the TV?

My new dartboard finally arrived today.
Had to point the camera in that angle cause the flash kept bouncing off the thing! Variety.jpg |

I feel like the last person on earth to finally get hold of a copy of Ariamaru Tomi also picked up some sealed backups of the singles that don't (as far as I know) have a first-press. (Honnou might but I've yet to see it)
