I'm fully into the Mavis Fan & 100% album "Innocent".
I can say with no exaggeration that I'd compare this as the Chinese equivalent of Muzai Moratorium. If 100% continue in this fashion, they will be well worth keeping an eye on. Not a big fan of her solo stuff, but 100% are definately a hearty dish unique from the sea of all the similar sounding music on the Chinese pop scene. This song is my favourite pick, you should be able to make young Ringo comparisons here. I love how this song crawls like 90s alternative rock.
Also, this song is what I reckon TJ were perhaps attempting but didn't quite pull off with Tengoku e Yokuso:
Oh, and Mavis has a mole too... This will be a nice filler for Tokyo Jihen until they pull their 2015 reunion tour. So yeah, check it out.

@deadgrandma Yeah, I really enjoy that album a good bit. I'm just happy they moved away from that awkward phase where they looked and sounded exactly like Karen O/YeahYeahYeahs for some reason. They have much more potential than just being a weird semi-cover band or whatever the hell was going on there. This album is a joy, though. It's been a few years, maybe something new is on the horizon? Though it seems Mavis has been busy with movies lately. Hmm..

Cocco - Plumeria
No Youtube clip, but you guys know Cocco is awesome. I love this song so much. It doesn't sound like it should, but the song makes me oddly happy.

I feel slightly ashamed of listening to this. I think I watch this just for the pimp legion of the doom headquarters scene. |

Brian Eno - Third Uncle
One of the albums I put on when I don't know what to put on, and I assume everyone knows this recording. |

Sigh, as if. I discovered Eno when I was a bright but alienated 14 year old. Eno imbued the truth that my feelings and perspectives were not invalid, solitary adolescent musings. I doubt he means much to the latest awakening generation.
