Dear Ringo,

After thinking about it, NOW would be the right time for UM2.

I don't mean to be rude (okay yeah I do)
but are some people just stupid or are they purposefully not paying attention?

Kageriyuku Heya all day every day.

I haven't voted yet but that one is definitely my number one. The other though... Dunno. Maybe unconditional love? And....Momen no Handkerchief....? When I found out the lyrics to that song I would just start bawling every time I heard it. Though, it is a duet and that kind of knocks it down a few pegs in my eyes for some reason.

Kimi wo Aisu is something out of outer space. Nobara is a little too... kitchy? I don't know, it seems a bit cheesy with the marching band snare and nursery rhyme lyrics.

I love Nobara for it's lo-fi quality, it sounds like something she could've recorded at home. I would love her to do something like this in the future, I feel the production of TJ's albums has been a bit too polished (except Education)

She should do a cover of a Marlene Dietrich tune.

Kuroi Orufe. Awesome to begin with, awesome interpretation. Just one tiny notch above Kimi wo Aisu. I love most of the Mori-pact disc. Its companion has its moments, but in my opinion pales in comparison. Jazz a go-go comes in as number 3.

Only voted for one because, um, derp.

And her Yer Blues trumping the original? Pass the bong, bro. I want a toke of what you've been smoking.

Love is Blind any day of the week.

Rinne Highlight because it creates its own fun pop-jazz style, although maybe also a bit like that Waa Wei track that was posted a couple of times here. Groovy pianist.

I Won't Last a Day Without You - a guilty pleasure maybe, but the Carpenters are like that to start with. I have a sweet tooth musically, I like music boxes, crackly vinyl, John Lennon-ish organ chords, diva-ish vocalisations, and a bridge that goes somewhere different, and it's a really good tune. And celebrity wattage from Utada. It's underrated (probably).
