No, she didn't. She didn't play guitar on Adult either.

Really? Then why did she have the guitar during JCHI? New arrangement or just a prop??

Finished my romaji lyrics of the new songs on the album. Translations will be forthcoming (some songs--the ones with easy/fun lyrics, for example Tsukigime-hime and SSAW--sooner than others)

Find them all here.

I'd just also like to point out to all the detractors who continue not to believe me when I say it's only "Adult" and not "Otona (Adult)" or whatever, that Ringo did the same thing in the lyrics again. In MANY of the songs, there was a kanji meaning given, but there was roman text over it indicating the reading, which is the ONLY thing she sang. Example: "Watashi o steering!" at the end of Ramp. Behind "steering" there is the kanji 操縦 soujuu, which means "flying (a plane), control, manage, handle, manipulate." So, kanji meaning (most likely given for Japanese who don't know the English words), roman-text reading. In the lyrics as well as the album titles. IMAGINE THAT!

Anyone else hear the male voice (probably Uki) going "La princesse" throughout Tsukigime-hime? Keeps amusing me.

Notice how Ringo constantly refers to the album as "Goraku" in the interview?

Its starts at the 1:10 mark.

Thanks for the vid kroneko!

lol at "Uki-chan"

Because Uki can't multitrack guitar parts live.

Ah yes .

But then, does she ever really play the guitar on the album if Uki can just do it all himself?

Exactly.

But, it might be funny -- can you imagine multiple Ukis on stage playing the different guitar parts? Or a choir of Ringos for Himitsu? And Hata #2 could do his dancing thing the whole time.

Muahahaha!

(what the? there's no "evil smiley" on this forum... I seriously just wasted like 3 minutes trying to make an evil smiley)

And, I just noticed this:

Hmmm, good idea... maybe we could do it like software version numbers. We'll also need a number to indicate singles, because the singles are all unique sounding too. In fact, the sound of TJ changes almost daily, so let's make the fourth number the day, with 1 being the day of the first TJ release (Sept 8 2004).

So, 1 lineup change, two albums, four singles, and 1129 days later, the current Phase is:
  • Phase 2.2.4.1129
Everyone, please only use this system to refer to the many different phases of TJ from now on. This way we can avoid any misunderstanding.

Or, if that's confusing, just call the band TJ.
