Wow so many musicians here... I play a little guitar, and just may play a little more if I have the cash to buy a Star Player TV...

Hmm.. no I don't live remote... XD mweheheh ... just in an ordinary quiet suburb with usual irritating dogs that bark at you when you walk passed their gates. I should play violin right in front of them. >.> REVENGE!

^ You should join my future band, arutea. We're going to be a power pop/rock. We need a sometimes emo bandmate to counter the uber-smilie singer. We'll officially be a band whenever you and I relocate to Singapore to hook up with the vocalist.

The idea of recording a fanmade Shiina Ringo cover album over the internet is the best thing I've heard all year.

I volunteer to help produce/mix. I play just about everything (to stay on topic) and I've run my own project studio (read: a studio for smaller projects) for a few years. I'm a huge SR fan ever since my little unprepared ears first reeled to the aural delights of KSK.

I'm serious about this. Let's do it. I've actually started recording a few SR covers myself (as a hobby) so maybe we can start there. You can hear one of my (rough and unfinished) cover attempts

here.

Yeah, it's Ichijuku no Hana, with a loop and two simultaneous drum tracks (not comped yet). It's a start. If we can finish it, we only need 10 more tracks and we've got an album.

If you think it doesn't suck, please vote for me as the SR Fanmade Cover Album producer! I'm in Korea now so I don't have my full studio setup but I'm still at about 90% capability. I just can't mix (or listen) on my nice studio monitors. Gosh I miss those speakers.

Anyone else interested? What songs should we cover? I vote for "Kao." Anyone on the forum sing in Japanese (well)? Anyone besides me have decent recording ability?
