Lose Your Mind - BoA

Um... Yutaka Furukawa is awesome?
He is, but who am I kidding - BoA still throws down some nice dance moves.

Plus I'm a sucker for these kinds of backing tracks...

When I first became a fan, this was never one of my favorite songs. I was always more attracted to the flash of Asobi or the intense emotions of Tsumi to Batsu or Gibusu. I used to hate how she would play this in all her appearances but not something like Yami ni furu ame. But in the last year or so, this song has enter the top tier of my list. The song is just lifted by the fact that she has so much fun performing it each and every time.

Still can't decide on a favorite version...Love shower performance, JCHI, so many choices...
its a shame that they didn't show the Countdown Japan version anywhere...I mean the crowd was 40,000 strong and although she seemed kind of steely/bored during the two songs they aired, she really loosened up and got into it as the show went on, so by the last song, sadistic, she was waving the flag and there was this massive crowd that was really into it, it was definitely a highlight.

oh almost forgot

I'd go with the Dynamite or JCHI version. This was definitely the best song that got the Phase 2 treatment.

I don't know. Sing a song with me and we'll see.

Went with the JCHI version, got the video burned on iPod. The Dynamite version is great, but the rock approach can't beat the rhythm and fun of the JCHI version.

I still wonder if she just exclusively made those english lyrics for Virgin air.

...this song reminds me so much of the inspector gadget theme...I can't decide whether that's a good thing or a bad thing....
