I don't know if the other members' last names were shown in all-caps (like "HATA Toshiki"), but if it was just him, the reason it's emphasized could be because hata can also mean flag.

In case anyone cares, Kameda and Izawa also had their last names in all caps; Ukigumo was written normally, and Ringo was Sheena RINGO for whatever reason. Amusing theory though.

Actually, Ukigumo was "Ukigmo" which makes me laugh every time because I read it as "oo-kig-mo."

I blame the hypnotic wallpaper pattern for preventing me from ever noticing that. |

Had to post about this because I just saw it in the Kira Kira Bushi pv.
Guess Ringo was there despite not being in the pv? |

Kira Kira Bushi. Now there's an under-appreciated gem...

I think Handsome Sugite has become one of my favourites. You guys are right -- sa_i_ta got old very quickly, while this has become one of the most replay-able TJ songs. And Discovery's performance of Ringo bashing the tambourine like a wicked witch doing whatever she can to rock out plays out in my mind whenever I listen to it.
