Are any of you Last.fm users noticing extreme sluggishness with the system these days? My overall artists and such seem to be updating maybe once a week at best, when they used to be almost daily. My last Weekly Artists update just happened on Thursday, when they used to regularly update every Monday morning.
Also, I just noticed that my Recommended Artists have finally updated after about a month. Cocco was being recommended to me for the longest time, despite me having about 200 plays of her songs. But now, three of my recommendations are actually SR (SR + Saito Neko, SR + Saito Neko in kanji, and the same + Junpei). I love Last.fm, but some things there are just wacky. |

Yeah, I love how some of my "recommendations" are actually SR just with a slightly different tag. And most of them are shitty jpop that I don't like AT ALL (such as Judy and Mary, which I have never cared for). And yeah, slow updates too, but I'm patient that they're working it out. These are the people who made a ballpit in their office, after all. They seem cool and on top of things.

The usual weekly update on Sunday actually came on Sunday this week! Yay! My Recommended Artists are still making me laugh though--three variations of SR with Saito Neko, each with identical photos, side by side by side. Also, since I recently listened to Paul McCartney, guess who is being recommended to me? Oh yeah, Linda McCartney.

I don't really take recommendations for some weird reason, but last.fm's recommendations consist of incorrectly tagged duplicates of artists I've already listened to or artists I won't listen to (or only listen afk )
Anyway here's my profile: My Last.fm |

Wewt. I already said this on Tokyo Jihen's page, but it seems like now there are two of them on Last.fm with the same spelling. All of my tracks are being scrobbled to the new one, and it's annoying me. :|

I looked throughout my library and I only seem to have one Tokyo Jihen and play counts are updating to that entry only. It's not a romaji vs. kanji issue is it? Or something like a stray blank space in certain ID tags that for some reason last.fm is not accounting for?

I have both a 昼海幹音 entry and a Hirama Mikio entry despite never using the romanized name. It also seems like around 50 of my Luna Sea and Asobi Seksu plays are missing.
