she is probably in some restaurant/bar in tokyo, based on her background alone its probably impossible to tell without watching and finding some other more defining feature.

as for the hat and hairstyle, Ringo rocked both towards the EXPO and Ariamaru Tomi part of her solo career, so I'd guess this was shot sometime last winter/spring.

Thank you for your views, I was just afraid she'd have done a recent interview in France without my face being stuck to the window... and my knees on the ground begging for an autograph when she'd go out.
I think I would more probably have killed the barman to take his place and serve her drinks instead...
