I'm probably going to the Tokyo Game Show with some of the Sem. 4 crew. We're making plans for it. I hope Rock Band: Japan is there.

That would be awesome it's great you're going to tokyo game show!!

Lately I've been thinking about getting a PS3 instead of a 360 and it's troubling me.

Reading the reviews for Rock Band 2 it seems that it's a very marginal update that could've been given to us through a patch...

Any word on a new drum set and if the cymbals will be used during the songs (excluding the solo sections)?

you can just use the cymbals as any pad you like to.

I think the main reason for it is that everyone with the first drumkit can fully use their old ones, and that you can also play Guitar Hero 2 with the Rock Band 2 drumkit.
