The most important thing to me is that Ringo has been totally vulnerable (artistic) for her entire career. From the most on the cuff 'scream from the top of your lungs' part (Shouso Strip, literally), to the artistic (KZK), to the self indulgent, (un) guilty pleasure parts (Bon Voyage).

I for one, am completely happy with her potentially working with Kameda again. I blame all the bad material from Jihen solely on their keyboardists :-p

And Kameda really is a great bass player.

That reminds me:

Incidents Tokyo 2020? WTF. I'm assuming this has to do with the Olympics.

I wouldn't read too much into that, six years is a hell of a long time to be planning ahead. Besides, AKB48 have the Olympics sewn up.

I know the Japanese fanbase was always wondering if they would reunite in 2020 for the Olympics, even before the 2020 version of the Sports jerseys were sold at the latest performances.

She wore the Jersey on Music Station last year, not too long after Tokyo got the Olympic bid, but it was the older version that says 'Sports' on the back. Maybe it was the timing of her wearing the jersey that stoked the rumors (and allowed them to sell some more jerseys).

They posted the rest of the PV on Youtube as a separate video... kinda different to do it that way.

Nice to see SR having fun rocking out.

Edit: Found the NHK Music Japan performance. Definitely mimed until after the guitar solo but the vocals that are live after that are pretty awesome. More intense than the single. Also not sure if it was the crappy Chinese youtube knockoff being poor resolution or not but SR looked about 6-7 years younger than she has lately.

Hopefully not the way in that previous video. A weird combination of a fake/real performance. The bassist in that song really deserves praise. He has the hardest job out of anyone if you really listen and watch him play.

Did anyone check out that cover I posted? It's really good.
