I have to really try with synths. I was listening to that new M83 album and, though I recognized it was pretty good, I just didn't really like it because of the synths being the primary instrument.

Yapoos is one of the greatest bands/artists featuring synth/electronic sounds as the main instrument I heard so far.

I always need more of that, if someone has recommendations, please post.

W3iHong, thanks for the Soap Kills track. I was staring absent-mindedly at the computer screen and half thinking, hey, that title looks Arabic, which of course it is. I ran across this band before but forgot about them. I like the Arabic synth (keyboard?) squiggles in it, especially. I like hearing Arabic, but there's almost no current mainstream Arabic music that I like; so it's nice to hear the language in something contemporary sounding that I at least like a bit.

That was pretty much my thoughts.

"Lebanese band?" Got to try it.

Hopefully, it isn't an EMF member who posted this
I once posted the entirety of Ringo's/Jihen's discography on /mu/, sometime around before Variety came out. Surprisingly positive reaction from what I remember.

I've been finding myself progressively more and more disinterested in finding new, interesting music lately. Unless something immediately catches my ear, I tend to write it off fairly quickly and tend to skip around whatever recommended track I'm sampling to see if the song ever picks up and tickles my fancy. I must be sick. That, or I must just have incredibly high standards these days (doubtful) and have yet to find anything that blows my my mind like a friggin' mind grenade, all over the room.

The first time I heard the tune at the beginning , the lyrics when:

"Come, Mr taliban, turn over Bin Laden
We may come and we drop the bomb"

Hey Mr Taliban - Nowhere to run, nowhere to hide

This video probably existed before 2003/2004.

She has a nice voice. XD

Damned music producers recycling old tunes.

Richard Cheese - My Neck, My Back
If we're gonna talk about YouTube covers... Well, he's not technically a YouTube artist.

Honestly, I love Richard Cheese so much, and this is probably one of his funniest songs he's ever done. A cover of Khia's "My Neck, My Back" sung in lounge style. When I first heard this, I couldn't stop laughing. I imagine the same reaction from many of you.

Edit: and in case you didn't know, this is NSFW.

AJICO SHOW for the first time. Tasteful, perfect guitars here, there and everywhere. And such expressive vocals. The songs are growing and I know will keep doing the right way.
