I haven't forked out the money for Teenager yet, so I only know the singles from that. Fab Fox was much more a continuation of the self-titled album and had less of the classic rock inspired feel that Ala Mode and especially Ala Carte had. But I really like Fab Fox for it's quirky feel.

I totally agree.

Coincidently I got around to ripping (and listening to) my Japanese copy of Mursasaki for the first time tonight. I've had a Hong Kong copy for years, and didn't realize the copy was Hong Kong before I'd won it on eBay (or that such a possibility even existed for Tomosaka Rie products).

I'd discovered the hard way that this Hong Kong copy of Mursasaki had only 8 tracks, and two of them were data tracks. Now that I have the Japanese release, I've just realized it has 11 tracks, and none of them are data! Holy crap, that means the Hong Kong version is missing FIVE songs! That's almost half the album! The only good things about the Hong Kong release were that they never excluded any Shiina Ringo productions, and the data track(s) include PVs (though I would rather have the PVs on DVD instead of some YouTube-quality WMV file)

Currently Listening To:
Tomosaka Rie - Tasogare
(one of the Japanese-release exclusives I didn't have before)

Which PVs are on your HK Murasaki?

Attention Cherie - April March

Perfect song for me, a little bit of French, alot of disco (It seems that all my new music has involved some disco throwback influences).
