After you listen to Heisei Fuuzoku in 96kHz/24bit on a decent rig, you don't need to hear the vinyl. You know beyond a shadow of a doubt that whatever the vinyl may sound like, it couldn't possibly sound better. The only SR/TJ vinyl(s) I've played thus far, is Adult Video Soundtrack. But I've held the same suspicion you've just now gone public with.

However, it should be noted that the KZK vinyl predates MoRA by 5 years - unlike the MM and SS vinyls which.. were released the same day as MoRA. So if the KZK vinyl doesn't sound at least as good as MoRA, that's because they did a damned good job with the MoRA remastering (or they did an independently-shit job with the KZK vinyl). Either way, there's probably no direct or barely-indirect connection between the KZK vinyl and MoRA.

Anyway, whatever it is, they look cool at least.

I also wondered if there are any people on here hardcore enough to actually own any of the VHS tapes? (I don't have them- yet :-p) A very useless part of the catalog I know but when I eventually get to god tier collection like Glathannus I feel they would be the icing on the cake.

^^^ I've seen a few of the Seiteki Healing vol. 1 and 2 videotapes (blue and red) on sale at Japanese music stores, but even though I doubled-down on Electric Mole to get both the standard and "book" versions of the DVD, I just couldn't double-down on VHS.

I haven't been in a rush to obtain any of the "normal" VHS tapes (stuff we could get on DVD instead), but I do have...

a legitimate Yuuhatsu Orgasm VHS (unfortunately it has a much shorter runtime than the Space Shower Networks presentation)

a bunch of EMI promotional tapes I don't think are worth boasting about

Is there anywhere I can get hold of KSK on vinyl, I don't even care how much I'd have to pay.

EDIT: or Just any Ringo on vinyl. MM ,SS, KSK, HF, anything.

Oh yeah, I'm not new here, decided not to be a ghost anymore

It's just a matter of searching, you may have to go through a client site to order something for you, then send it (as many of the Japanese auction sites don't post internationally). They charge a services fee too.

For KZK, I think I paid 60 US plus postage, though I'm sure it goes for a fair bit more now. HF and Saturday Night Gossip are easily available, they're on HMV http://www.hmv.co.jp/en/search/index...SEARCH&type=sr which ship internationally via EMS, so depending on where you are, your country may charge a tax on top of the postage.

It has taken me over a year to track down all the vinyls I have though, many of them I have just found by searching around or through my friends that live there/got stuff for me when they went on holiday.

I downloaded all albums, singles and dvds....

But I decided to buy SPORTS album and the.... score book of the shiina ringo's selection(?) after feeling bad about stealing everything from my favorite musician. D=

Will provide pics of the book soon. Once I'm not busy... Maybe this weekend.
