Pixies - Doolittle
I ignored this band for so long. They headlined one of the days of Leed's Festival a few years ago and I ignored them. I've knew 'Wave of Mutilation' for a while, but it always seemed like one of those songs that was quite good but you're happy hearing it now and then and not bother exploring their discography. Then I heard this album was coming to Rock Band as downloadable content, and that NME voted it second best album of all time at one point (I actually hate NME, but their top albums are usually classics rather than in-the-moment tripe like The Kooks) so I've been listening to the album for a few days now and it's actually fantastic. Like, really good!
