Ringo is just a crazy ass. We all love/loved her because she's either hot, or is a great musician, or both....(or somehow we have some vague memory of her being hot/great musician).

The "Ringo looks bad when she's bloated" thread couldn't be any more useless than this one, yet it was closed before I could post in it.

Yes, I totally agree. I don't see how talking about her jacket is more acceptable than talking about her physical appearance since they both deal with looks.

fundamental difference is the jacket is a dead item, whereas ringo's face or bod is living..

I don't think this thread is entirely useless. Some guys here are new to SR and want to probe a little bit about her personal life, but may not necessarily know where to get information like that. Obviously we won't be able to explain exactly "why" SR got divorced, but we do know things like SR got married because she got pregnant, and that the marriage dissolved after a year.

(and that Mayonaka wa Jyunketsu was done anime style because SR was pregnant then)

For example, I did not know that. I had no idea she got married because of a child (the japanese have a word for that type of marriage but it escapes me at the moment). That is great info that I'm happy I learned... It gives me insight on her life. I actually thought that shiina-chan was just a bitch/diva that can't live with a man unless she controls stuff, and the dude jumped ship. But with this info, it totally changes the way I look at it. Now I learn more towards shiina got screwed in the affair, and even more so because it was in the media. Man, kinda sucks to be her... I bet none of her songs reflect what was going on at this time do they?

But anyways would anyone know where that translated bio of hers is? The one spoken of here.
