I often scoff at people that say they have eclectic taste, but damn. Korn, Captain Beefheart, Wu, Pillows. Bravo.

Lol well, I still consider myself a metalhead/shredder at heart. Nothing quite like a fast, well written, overdriven guitar passage

and omg, deadgrandma! I should've looked at your lastfm more, I don't remember there being so much metal.

It's not my usual music of choice- this is it on random lol. But yes, I like a bit of Meshuggah now and then. Nope, as you probably know, its basically Togawa and Ringo nowadays :-p

1. Park Ji Yoon - Baekcho
2. The Supremes - The Happening
3. Rihanna - Wait Your Turn
4. Nawal Al Zoghbi - Malak Alaya Yamine
5. The Sound of Music - Sixteen Going on Seventeen
6. Emmylou Harris - Roses in the Snow
7. Kim Yoon Ah - Étoile
8. Megumi Asaoka - Sotsugyou
9. Shiina Ringo - Koufukuron (Etsurakuhen)
10. France Gall - Le coeur qui jazze

I have several whole albums which I won't really listen to all through, a lot of these songs are from things like that. I like Park Ji Yoon, The Supremes, Rihanna and Emmylou Harris but not particularly those songs.

I also have a bunch of songs in other languages thinking I'll learn to really like them. Then I'll have a thing by which I can learn a new language. The Arabic one here is one of those songs. Still haven't found any songs in Arabic I really like though.

We actually have a metal thread here, but it kinda fizzled out quickly. You can try to revive it if you want to. I'm sure the poster named EVH would be happy to talk some metal with somebody.
