well, its more about copyrighted media files being openly shared.
I forget if linking a song openly is ok or not, I know its happened before but I forget whether it was axed or not.

i took it down just to be safe.. i assumed she was unsigned and safe to share (ala myspace artists & the like) all links removed in accordance with the rules.

The rules state "do not publicly upload copyrighted music or videos". Admittedly, I've linked to one or two albums uploaded to Rapidshare/Megaupload in this thread, without publicly announcing the links, and without myself uploading the material.

Jonny, the similarities between "Carnival Amour" and Ringo that you mentioned are uncanny. @_@;; Didn't you say Yuna reminded you of Ringo before, too? But, I also thought it sounded like "Bokoku Jyoshou"! I didn't like either song though, and was surprised that this was the album's title song. >_< I think the song you said you first liked was the only one I liked, too.

And you're right, that song means "Happy Prince."
