I love how subdued Ringo is in this performance. I think she would have sang better if she just left the guitar in the case though. The best part about this whole performance is the little squeak when she sings the "re" in "tomi ga afureteiru" at the end. It sounds just like old Ringo.

Ken Hirai mentioned Green Day in his panel so he was obviously hitting on one of the members lol.

Also, according to 2ch, the band that performed with her was:
Guitar: Fujita Akira (previous guitarrist of Syrup16g)
Bass: Maki Kitada (from Syrup16g)
Drums: Shirane Kenichi (from GREAT3)

Weird choice, I guess? Did she divorce Kameda?

By the way, I'm wondering what people's initial attitudes to Souretsu was. Because that isn't the most pretty-sounding track on first listen.

The first time I heard souretsu I went out and bought a japanese textbook with tears in my eyes. Ok it wasn't THAT dramatic but you get the idea. Though I completely understand how it would take a few listens for most people.

Replace KZK with MM and then replace those 3 song titles with kabukichou, koufukuron and marunouchi and Ican understand where you are coming from. It is certainly nowhere near Meisai, Ishiki, Doppleganger and I'll stop there as to not name the entire album.
