I always thought that the tea cup represented the Kalk, the chestnuts in the tea cup represented the Kuri no Hana and the Zamen was inside the tea cup.

She jizzed in it
Anyway I asked Neko yesterday about the interview I posted in the KZK thread because I caught she was speaking about the CD sleeve, and when asked who she wants to listen to the record, she said she'd like women to listen to it, and that it's like visiting someone and sitting down for a cup of tea. Or something like that. Also, look at the chestNUTS to see a bit of a double entendre Oh and one more thing, there's a line in Shuukyou "No matter where I go, I can't find a cup that's just right". And considering how perfected the album is, maybe KZK is "the right cup" I like your theory though. Last edited by merman : 2009.05.13 at 01:33 PM. |

they asked her who she wanted to listen to the new album and she in general she would like young, especially young women, to listen. as far as the album artwork is concerned, this isn't any in your face symbolism with the tea cup other than the artwork, which is fairly masculine and harks back to the title, and she talked about the concept of how the album was a bit like a conversation, how she wanted to sit down with a cup of tea and discuss these issues with other women today, etc.
merman, wtf did you get that |

My theory is not based in reality, is just something funny/clever/personal I think when I see the album cover.
Thanks for those informations from the interview. I wish someone subtitled it or translated and alowed me to subtitle it. |

Preordered the album today, yay! I needed 3000y to be able to use the 500y coupon from my last order, and unfortunately the album was 2913y, so I got Honnou too to push it over the edge. I don't generally collect singles but Ringo's are really too good not to own at least a couple.

what's the point of working with Neko on the solo stuff? Since him (and Hattori) are arranging it, it's just gonna be another HF.=/ And I was starting to pray for another KZK/SS...
