let's see what creative tiers I can come up with:

Audio:

Hallelujah Tier: KZK
criminally underrated album Tier: Heisei Fuuzoku
good ol' days Tier: Shouso Strip, Muzai Moratorium
the "I like it as much as the 2 first albums but then it's only covers" Tier: Utaite Miyori
Best TJ Album Tier: Adult
Least Fave SR album Tier: Sanmon Gossip
the good songs\bad production Tier: Kyouku
Best EP Tier: Color Bars
The Variety Trilogy Tier: Variety, Sports, Daihakken

Video:

Favorite DVD Tier: JCHI
Best SR shows Tier: Zazen, Electric Mole
Sound&Vision Extravaganza: Ringo EXPO
I <3 Orchestras Tier: Baishou Extasy, Dai Ikkai Ringohan (I prefer this to Baishou because of the acoustic part)
2nd fave DVD Tier: Ultra C
the highly overrated but still great Tier: DO
some good stuff, some bad stuff Tier: Spa & Treatment, Discovery, Bon Voyage
haven't listened to it all yet Tier: Gekokujo Extasy

^ That's pretty.

MM/SS/B-sides etc will always be top-tier for me, it just all iconic, and never seems to stop being fun to listen to. ZCS CD2, Tomosaka Rie songs and Hatsukoi Shoujo are top-tier too. KZK is a novel extension of her original style.

Kyoiku, Adult and probably even SG have some real moments but those just seem like very good "normal music". Maybe the creeping conventional J-rockification had already begun, or it's just easier to compare to things I've heard before. Shuraba is like a very nice slightly different Brand New Heavies track for example, but it's not the same as what Shouso Strip did for me, and still does.

After that, I can only do tier lists if I'm engaged in some way, and I'm probably not any more, not even to be a hater. I couldn't give a flying one about how big her headdress is, Toumei Ningen or Saito Neko. A word for the pre-Kyoiku Phase 1 lives though, whichever ones it was where she was wearing a summer dress and had flowers on her microphone, and/or the one when they did Jazz a go go, I probably prefer those to DO. And EM makes up for its lack of "visual adornments" (I'm actually fine with costume changes and dancing and whatnot, as long as the music is good) by putting you in a pure musical trance and being the top-tier live.

(Reposted in order to be more of a ray of sunshine)

I wanna see these tiers now including the JIHEN ARE DEAD releases, the thousands of 15th anniversary releases and SUNNY.

Again. I'm too fucking lazy (right now) but after everything, SG is still on top for me. SUNNY is easily on bottom of solo ranking. Adult is still best Jihen, Sports/Daihakken are still lowest.

I am very proud of Ringo who made 17 full-length album worth of material for me enjoy, that's over 200 songs.
