Yeah!! I guess because of that they couldn't reuse the designs (though it would look really cool as a flag) but something with a similar thematic feel since it's the parade of monsters tour

It also looks like leader ringo is supposed to be a tanuki, which is super cute since not being what you think, and constantly changing have been themes of hers forever (and if my tanuki assumption is correct, also plays with how she always talks about wanting to be reborn a man and such )

I absolutely love the verses of Kamisama - and it actually sort of sounds congruent to the sound on "Shijou no jinsei". The sudden inclusion of Mukai Shutoku really threw me off though, as did the very "B-side" sounding chorus which I'm really still on the fence for. But those opening moments of the song really got my loins going.

Videos for both are GREAT, and I'm glad the Nagaku mijikai PV wasn't just footage of Ringo/Uki singing.

Ringo's Rock in Japan Festival performance is on Saturday. The festival is being broadcast on WOWOW, and the day Ringo is appearing seems to be a free preview day for the pay channel, so hopefully someone will capture and upload it.

I guess I won't say much before everyone sees it, but it was it fun(ny) and playful to me... She wore a yukata as I hoped too (it's apparently her own yukata!!) I hope the festival goes really great for her and everyone tomorrow!!

Also, I have listened really to the lyrics to the song, but it's supposed to be a "summer anthem for women" or something iir and the audience was all fan club members, young women high school age to 30

I think it's big, maybe the best thing she's done in the last few years. But then I think anything with KURIKAESARERU SHOUGYOU MUJOU YOMOGAERU SEITEKI SHOUDO in it is amazing. I'm glad Ringo has seen the light and is paying Mukai Shutoku to yell that one thing he loves yelling.

Music Station 2015-07-31 - Nagaku Mijikai Matsuri

She doesn't interact much with the mic and gets pretty far from it sometimes. I wonder if this is playback. If so, she does a really good job of lip-syncing.

ETA: She's *definitely* lip-syncing it.
